May 24, 2014 9:56 AM in response to Bolongo Bayby Bolongo Bay,Very good, thx for the responses. Her phone is an iPhone 4. She has been doing the upgrades. One of the latest IOS versions severly slowed down her phone. It seems like when these last used items are deleted, things speed up a little.
Thx

May 24, 2014 7:30 PM in response to Bolongo Bayby David Shanahan,A good thing to try in this sort of situation is to reset the phone - press and hold the sleep/wake and home buttons simultaneously until you see the Apple logo appear on-screen, then release the buttons and allow the phone to finish booting normally. See if it runs better after doing that.
