can't find tv show in itunes store

I found a tv show that I wanted to purchase at itunes.com. It said to purchase it I had to download itunes app for my laptop(Windows). I don't want the itunes app on my laptop. I have an ipad 2. So I searched for the tv show on ipad 2 and it can't be found at all. No show from that series can be found.

Is the iTunes Store app on the Ipad 2 not a full version of itunes? How can I get the same apps/shows/music on the iTunes Store app for ipad as I find on the itunes.com website?

What show were you looking for? If you let us know perhaps we can help.

It might be that the show is not visible in your country.

And there is no iTunes.com. It redirects to apple.com. Are you sure that's where you were searching?

Hi,

The name of the show that I'm looking for is Love It or List It. It airs on HGTV. I'm in the United States. I do know that the show is filmed in Canada, but since I could find it on itunes.com while in the US and since it airs in the U.S., I don't know why I can't find it and purchase it from my iTunes Store app.

The show is not available in the U.S. iTunes store, even from the computer. It's only available in the canadian store. The attached image is the error message I received when I attempted to view the item in iTunes after searching for the iTunes link on the web.

Thanks. I searched itunes.com and didn't receive the error on my Windows laptop. I guess because I wasn't logged in to itunes.

Anyway, thanks again.

One more question, can you confirm whether or not iTunes Store on ipad is a full version of itunes? It seems that there aren't many games for kids under 5. When I search, I get less than 100 results. It seems like with all of the development that's been done for ipad, there would be far more games to choose from. Are apps removed from the App Store after some time? Perhaps if they weren't downloaded enough?

There are thousands of games for kids under 5. Some apps are removed over time for a variety of reasons. The Search capability in the App Store is not very good, try http://www.appshopper.com instead.

Yes, the iTunes on your iPad up

S from the same web sources as iTunes on your computer. The main reason you may have problems is that when searching the general web you may run across things that look like they should be on iTunes, but may not be available in the US, such as the tv show you were looking for.

You may want to install iTunes on your computer and then login. That way you'll see that what's available on the iPad is the same thing you would see on your computer.
