I no longer see "Services..." and its submenus when I right-click on a message in Mail. This is critical for integration with applications like OmniFocus.
Has anyone else seen this same issue? If so, where does one go to reenable Services?
I am running OS X 10.9.3 and Mail 7.3 (1878.2) on a MacBook Pro.

Yes, I already have the appropriate services checked in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > Services... that is NOT the issue.
The issue is that the drop-down menu displayed by Mail, when one right-clicks on a mail message, no longer includes "Services..." or its submenus...

I don't have it either. I don't know when it was removed. They still appear in the Services menu.
Services expect that you have selected content, and without that selection, no Services menu items.
Click on a received Mail message. In the body text of that message, select some text, and then choose Services, either from the contextual menu, or Mail > Services.
A "no input" Service won't appear, either. But, I suppose that is normal.
However, you do have something selected, a mail message. Services don't take email messages as input, so I suppose that is also the reason.
Yes, it appears that the old OmniFocus plug-in (which did not require text to be selected - just the message in the left pane) no longer functions as expected. If one goes into the body of the message, selects text, and THEN right-clicks, the option does indeed appear, and does work.
