All my pictures and videos have greyed out and don't open says 'loading' but doesn't load
All my pictures in my photo album seems to have greyed out and not loading up, is there a setting that I may have pressed or something like that?

I would first start with forcing all open applications to close and power cycle the device. Test opening the Photo App on your device to see if they load. If the issue persists, see the second article below.
