M Audio M Track Plus Troubleshoot Logic pro X mac OS X 10.9.3

I'm running an M-Audio M-Track Plus on Logic Pro X with my Mac Book Pro OS X 10.9.3. When I create a track using the built in mic on the computer I am getting a signal in the logic program. However, when I connect the M-audio M Track Plus I am able to set the input to the device, but when I mic up both inputs on the m track device, I can get no signal on the logic program even though Logic is recognizing it and allowing me to choose it. I have made sure all the gain knobs are up and the m-audio device and it is registering a signal, but the logic program is picking up no signal from the mics. Also, the tracks on the logic program are armed and ready for recording but no signal is making it to the computer. Could this be an issue with drivers or updates on either sides? Any help would be fantastic! Thanks

Hmmm, the M-Track + is a class compliant device it uses the USB drivers provided by the Mac so it shouldn't be a driver issue.

Is the M-Track showing up in the Audio-MIDI-Setup application (used to be located in Utilities)

(if it's not showing up in the audio section you know where your problem is)

This is where you set it up in Logic's Audio preferences, both Input and Output.

The next thing to make sure of is you're using an Audio Track and not a Virtual Instrument Track or an External MIDI track.

And that the audio track itself is set to the correct Input, probably 1 or 2, or if a stereo track 1-2.

Next would be deleteing preferences which I can post if none of the above owrk, also try shutting off the computer, waith 30 seconds then restart.

Which version of Logic... if it's 10.5 it's a known bug in Logic... upgrade to the latest version of Logic.

When you set the Input device to the M-Track.. this is in Logic's audio preferences, correct?

It is latest version of logic Pro X, I just downloaded it yesterday. Correct, I did set the input track to the M-Audio in Logics preferences.
