my macbook is having trouble playing youtube videos

I would really like to watch youtube videos in HD but when i try to play it constantly buffers. Also, youtube will always put quality on automatic everytime. I've tried everything basically, reseting safari, clearing catche, clearing history, and even deleted adobe flash player and reinstalling it but nothing changes. I can play videos fine on my iPhone but not my macbook. What could be the root to the problem? I did a EtreCheck report for more information and I got these results. Could someone use this to help me resolve my problem?

I don't see an obvious answer to your problem, but I'll make some non-related comments about what I see...

You should never disable GateKeeper! It's easy enough to use non-AppStore or unsigned apps by simply right-clicking / Command-clicking the app and choosing "Open" from the Contextual Menu. That way you won't accidentally install something dangerous or annoying.

Hardware Information:

4 GB RAM

4 GB RAM is the minimum for Mavericks. Many users have found a need to increase that, so it could well be part of your issues. Open Activity Monitor to the Memory Tab and watch the graph at the bottom which measures the amount of compression necessary to manage RAM for you. If it turns red for an extended length of time, you definitely should be shopping for RAM.

Monolinqual is a dangerous utility if not used carefully. You have plenty of room on your hard drive, so I see no reason to be using it.

Internet Plug-ins:

Silverlight: Version: 5.1.10411.0 - SDK 10.6 Support

DirectorShockwave: Version: 11.6.5r635 Support

There is a security update available for Silverlight.

Why You Should Ditch Adobe Shockwave

I hope you are using something else to backup your hard drive. It's likely to fail at the three year point, so it looks like that might be any day now.
