    Ankit103,

     

    It sounds like your phone is not ringing when it is locked. From what you're describing it sounds like you may have Do Not Disturb configured to only allow the phone to ring when the phone is unlocked. In the settings is where you can configure this:

     

    • To make changes to your Do Not Disturb settings, tap Settings > Do Not Disturb.
