How do I assign a theme to the individual collections

To clarify, are you asking a question about iTunes U Public Site Manager? If so, can you describe what you mean by "theme"?

I know this question is old, but I have the same dilemma. Using the Public Site Manager in Safari (Windows), I created a custom theme with a white background. We have three collections. The theme is in effect on our main page and one of the collections, but the other two collections are not using it -- they have a dark background. How can I apply the custom theme to the collections which apparently are not using it?
