It sounds like you're seeing the loading wheel in the top left of your iPhone status bar spinning constantly. This loading wheel shows network activity on your iPhone. There are several reasons why it might appear:

Network activity: Shows that there’s network activity. Some third-party apps may also use it to show an active process.

If the wheel does not stop spinning, I recommend starting with these troubleshooting steps:

  1. Toggle airplane mode: Tap Settings, turn airplane mode on, wait three seconds, and then turn off again.
  2. Restart your iPhone.
  3. Make sure that your software is up to date:
