Add Social Profile to My Contacts

In my contacts, I need to add the Facebook (or Twitter) social profile manually, as when I update the contacts from the Facebook app settings, not all the contacts are updated.

The thing is, when I try to manually enter the social profile, it directs me to the facebook newsfeed in the application, not the profile of the person.

I have tried to enter the facebook username, but it did not work.
