Kernel Panic on PowerMac G5

I recently obtained a PowerMac G5 from a friend who was going to throw it away. Since I have an Intel iMac and MacBook, I really have no need for it. For the past few days, I've been testing it out with the RAM upgrade I put in (I'm planning on selling it.) Today, I got a random kernel panic and restarted.
