I think someone has been going thru my phone or accessing my information from a different location other than in my phone itself is there anyway to tell if someone has installed spyware or accessed any of my information on my phone or from another location or from the phone itself

The only way someone can install spyware on your iPhone is by hacking/jailbreaking the iPhone followed by installing the spyware from an unofficial source other than from the iTunes Store. This would require having physical access with the iPhone and a computer. Has someone had access to your iPhone with a computer without your knowledge?
Someone could have access to your iMessages and iCloud photostream with another iOS device and with a Mac that supports iMessage (a PC could have access to your iCloud Photo Stream, not iMessages) if they know your iCloud account password and/or Apple ID password if your iCloud account and Apple ID are different.
If someone has had access to your iPhone with a computer without your knowledge, you can always restore the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the iPhone's backup. If you think someone has access to your iCloud account, you can change the password for the account along with your security questions and answers.

I'm technologically ******** and dnt know anything bout this sort of stuff but my partner is crazy jealous and spies on me (for no good reason) and sometimes I'll open my phone and messeges I know I didn't open have been opened and read or apps that I didn't open are open and running when I unlock my phone. This only happens when he's alone with my phone and I know he downloaded wire shark recently. I constantly change my passwords and lock screen code but this continues to happen. Is there anyway to protect my phone from wire shark
The only way to download and install Wire Shark on an iPhone or iOS device is by hacking/jailbreaking the device.
He can download Wire Shark on a PC or Mac and set up the iPhone with the PC or Mac to capture wi-fi network activity on your iPhone with the PC or Mac.
You need to get another partner. Life is way too short to be putting up with someone that insecure.
Not sure how he is accessing your passcode lock after you change it unless he has hacked/jailbroken the iPhone.
You can restore the iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from the backup entering a new passcode lock but if you can't prevent him from having access to your iPhone with a computer alone, there is no point. You need to get rid of the source of the problem first.
