Hello I bought 2 gift card itunes for 50$&15$ And I didn't use it. But when my uncle comes to my home his child start to playing clash of clans with my ipad and when I understand that he bought 50 & 10 $ card in that game and I don't want it give me back my card money plz

This is a user-to-user forum: you are not talking to Apple here (and you've posted in a completely unrelated forum). You will need to contact iTunes Support: Go to https://getsupport.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.
You should be aware that the official position is that all purchases are final (since you can't very well return them); and you are held to be responsible for anything that other people you allow to use your device do. It's possible that Support may agree to refund you as a one-off concession, but please remember that they are under absolutely no obligation to do this.
It's possible to disable in-app purchases to prevent this sort of thing happening again:
