You will need to contact iTunes Support: Go to https://getsupport.apple.com ; click 'See all products and services', then ' 'iTunes', and then 'iTunes Store', then 'Purchases, Billing & Redemption'.
You should be aware that the official position is that all purchases are final (since you can't very well return them); and you are held to be responsible for anything that other people you allow to use your device do. It's possible that Support may agree to refund you as a one-off concession, but please remember that they are under absolutely no obligation to do this.
It's possible to disable in-app purchases to prevent this sort of thing happening again:
