Unable to index/use apple loops

Unable to index/use apple loops

each time i click on the apple loops button to access them, the programm crashes/is unresponsive.... any idea what could be the reasons? anyone..?

Logic Pro X, OS X Mavericks (10.9.3)

Hi Judy, Sorry to contact you this way, and I appologize olewagner for doing this on your post, however I wasn't sure how else to get in contact with you, Judy.
