Local Network sharing with iOS

Is it at all possible to use iTune's "Share my library on my local network" feature so that iOS users on the LAN can access my music? If so, I can't seem to find how to make that happen - thanks.

Hey there cgtyoder,

It sounds like you are wanting to access libraries stored on your home network from the phone. The Home Sharing function may be just the ticket for what you are wanting to do. Here is some more information on that:

Understanding Home Sharing

Home Sharing in iTunes lets you share your iTunes media libraries between up to five computers in your household. You can also use Home Sharing to play your iTunes content on your iOS devices and Apple TV (2nd generation) if they are connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
