iphone 3gs is messed up

my phone signal is off and i reset my 3gs iPhone and i can't get past the sim card part

how do i get past this can some one help me ?

I would make sure you have gone through the steps in this article to start with. Try another SIM card if they fail.

If you had Jailbroken the device previously, you may need to undo whatever you did before doing these steps.

problem is with it that i bought it off ebay two years ago and it came jailbreaked and i reset the phone,i cant remember what sim card goes with the iphone.

Jailbreaking makes it difficult for us to help you on this forum.

I would recommend going a google search as there are other sites that can help you work around this.
