Can I upgrade a MacBook running 10.4 to 10.9? The laptop has a mid 2007 production class. We do not know where to look to find the build date that may be required in order to deteremine if we can do the upgrade

Actually the mid-2007 MacBook Pro could boot both Mac OS X 10.4 & Mac OS X 10.9.
