I'm sorry that you did not find the "redeem code" section.
The best link for redeeming codes has already been mentioned in the previous answer.
So, to actually help you with getting the purchase cost redeemed you can contact me via email, or send me a ravelry message to the user "wurzelkraut". This would not be a "reverse transaction" in true apple terms, but I can understand your frustration and would simply like to help.
