How to sync my iCloud Calendar on an Android device?

Hello,

I use Calendar mainly on my Mac but also on my iPhone (most of the time, just reading), synced through iCloud, for personal and professional purposes.

I use over 20 different calendars to keep everythign seperated.

I will very soon move from iOS to Android (Samsung Galaxy) and wish to keep using Calendars on my Mac.

How can I get it synced on my Android device? What are my options (both built in and third party calendars)?

Any way I can get it autosync and avoid plugging to my Mac everytime?

After using this app I began to notice odd requests for access to my iCloud account that appeared to be nothing to do with the functionality of the app. I would avoid using the app as you essentially have to provide your Apple username and password to an unverified 3rd party.

If you continue to use iCloud for your calendars you can use the free app Smoothsync to sync your Android device to iCloud. This won't sync ToDos: a separate paid app from the same developer will sync them to a separate (free) app.
