Cannot receive email to reset security questions

The email I registered to receive reset security questions is not available any more.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, if you don't have access to the email account then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps on this page to update your rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620

I have access to my rescue mail and to my primary email. I have check all the possible destination folder either. I tried so many times resending the email, but still the same I cannot receive the email for changing the security question I know also my security answers but It won,t process. The thing is when I tried to update my profile for example the name. I can received an email from apple. Anybody has the same problem? Thanks
