MBP 13" Late 2013, Retina, 10.9.3 with external 1080p monitor

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my MacBook Pro, 13" Retina running 10.9.3. I have it connected via HDMI to an ASUS 1080p monitor.

When I scroll, the text goes out of focus, and stays out of focus when I stop scrolling. If I refresh the screen by selecting a different color profile, the text goes back into focus, but goes out of focus if I scroll again.

It's getting very annoying since I bought this display to read documentation on.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
