I have 2nd generation iPod shuffle and when I plug it into iTunes it displays this error message .....

'You must restore this iPod with iPod Reset Utility before it can be used with iTunes. For help, click More Information.'

When clicking for more information it doesn't allow me to download the required driver.

Can anyone help?
