I buy my iphone at globe telecom in philippine, and now i want to request factory unlock for my iphone, what should i do? Thanks before.

Apple does not unlock iPhones for users. Only the carrier the iPhone is locked to can do the unlock. You need to contact the carrier, Globe Telecom, and work with them to unlock your iPhone.

To my knowledge, Globe in the Philippines does not unlock iPhones, though of course you should confirm with them as their policy may have changed. If they will not, there is no way to get your iPhone officiallly and permanently unlocked. Sell the iPhone to someone who can use it with Globe and buy an unlocked iPhone or one that it locked to the carrier you wish to use.

No, again, there is no way you can get the iPhone officially unlocked if Globe will not.
No, the only way to get an iPhone unlocked is through the carrier...Apple has contracts with the carriers to subsidize the cost of the iPhone and will not violate that. You could sell the iPhone to someone who does not want it unlocked and buy a model that is unlocked.
