... then you could simply use the print method embedded in the application you're trying to print from; e.g., from Mail, tap the left-curving arrow and then choose "Print".
If the printer is not AirPrint capable, you would have to find a Dell or some general purpose print app in the App Store that would offer you significantly less capability than AirPrint.
