How to setup microsoft silverlight on iphone 5s?

I am using Iphone 5s and want to installation microsoft silverlight but can't. so how?

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1

I don't believe it is an iDevice program, and works only on computers. Microsoft does not make apps for iOS other than those recently put out for access to their Office 360 suite that is web-based and costs $99/year to use.

Microsoft Silverlight, Adobe Flash and Oracle Java are not supported on IOS devices.
