Battery condition: Replace now?

Hi, I don't know anything about the battery health or cycles and I need help. My computer needs to be always connected to the charger. Now its fully charged but still says: Replace now.

Then replace the battery. Please make a Genius Appointment and take it in for service.

BTW, I don't see a "replace battery" warning in your screen shot. Perhaps you should use a different battery utility. Furthermore, you should check this while using the battery, if possible, not while using the charger.

Thanks for the help. The computer immediately turns off when I unplug the charger. My charger cable is damaged, someone told me that this could be a problem. BTW the battery indicator, all the LEDs flash 5 times. I want to be 100% sure if I need to replace the battery before buying a new one.
