I recently switched to CenturyLink and the modem/router came with wifi. I can not seem to seem to extend my network with my Airport Extreme or Airport Express. Do I need to turn this on in the modem? I can connect to wfii with my MacBook, iMac, iPhone and iPad, so it is working, just want to extend it with my other products. Any help is appreciated!

You cannot extend a non apple wireless router with an apple wireless router.. only apple routers can extend wireless to/from another apple router.
Since you do have two apple routers, bridge either one to the modem router.. by plugging it in by ethernet.. and use the other router to extend it.
I do have it plugged into the router, but all I get is a flashing yellow light with a red circle and the number 1 in it. When I edit it, there are no errors.

OK, resetting the airports seems to have corrected the issue, all is working great now. Thanks for the help!!
