Deleting items in reading list not working iOS 6

After installing IOS 6.1.6, I can't delete or save to Reading List. Is there a solution?

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.6

Trounleshooting tips did not work. Now I have triple set of bookmarks on iPhone. I can't delete any bookmarks from iPhone. I have Firefox's iCloud Bookmarks 1.12.12. I can edit bookmarks on Firefox but looks like it does not push to iPhone. How can i import clean bookmark file to iCloud?
