Have you selected your audio interface or internal audio in Logic's preferences/audio tab?
yeah its selected, the plug-ins aren't even responsive like the bar that flashes when you press something doesnt even come on anymore. the bar next to the little image of the plugin is just blank
What midi interface are you using?
if you use the Musical Typing keyboard instead of your external Midi controller.. do you hear sounds with an instrument track?
not even using an interface at the moment on the move so just straight out of the laptop with musical typing and some headphones
its totally unresponsive its as if im not even pressing anything
Ok..
Create a new project and test....
If no sound with a new project...
Then create an instrument track and insert an instrument... ES P for example
Now press H on the musical keyboard and see if in the transport bar at the top of the screen you see the note name appear..... It should say A2
nothing happend at all its only occurred since i downloaded the update a few hours ago
Okay... Delete Logic's preferences as per #8 of this support document.. Restart your Mac and test again...
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT200260?viewlocale=en_US
If that doesnt help, post up a screenshot of your Logic window... including the Inspector strip (or Mixer strip) for an instrument track.. that wont play...
Turn off Speakable items.. (System prefs/Accessibility) thats showing up in the bottom righthand corner of your screenshot... and then test again

Your Built In Output has brackets around it indicating it is not available to Logic.. Turning off Speakable might fix this otherwise go to OX X System preferences Audio and see whats going on there...
still nothing really lost
You have something turned on in OS X that is not allowing your Internal Audio to function in Logic Pro.. Hence the brackets around it's name in the Audio Preferences.. Check any other Accessibility features you may have been playing with.. Also, are you running anything like SoundFlower or another audio router app?...
