May 29, 2014 12:56 PM in response to dewysinatraby The Art Of Sound,Ok..
Create a new project and test....
If no sound with a new project...
Then create an instrument track and insert an instrument... ES P for example
Now press H on the musical keyboard and see if in the transport bar at the top of the screen you see the note name appear..... It should say A2

May 29, 2014 1:06 PM in response to dewysinatraby The Art Of Sound,Okay... Delete Logic's preferences as per #8 of this support document.. Restart your Mac and test again...
http://support.apple.com/kb/HT200260?viewlocale=en_US
If that doesnt help, post up a screenshot of your Logic window... including the Inspector strip (or Mixer strip) for an instrument track.. that wont play...
