I purchased the Forscore app to use with a first generation iPad with iOS 5.1.1 and a PageFlip Cicada... but it is now saying that the Forscore app can only be used with iOS 7. Is there another app I can use for this?

The first generation iPad cannot be updated past iOS 5.1.1.
However you may still be able to get a compatible version of the App if there is one. Download the App to iTunes on a computer or another device that does support the App using the same Apple Id you have on your iPad. With that done you can follow these instructions from your iPad to get a compatible version:

This worked for awhile, but now when I try to load new files onto my IPad, it tells me "The app forScore was not installed on the iPad because it requires a newer version of iPad software". Ahhh, I wonder if it is because I hit the update button. Is there a way to undo an update?
