Jun 3, 2014 6:38 AM in response to jratliff1033by FragiMag,I have the same issue. I need to switch off WiFi and then turn it back on to fix it. Very frustrating. I've read more reports of people experiencing this issue after the 10.9.3 update.
I'm switching back to 10.9.2 until Apple sorts this out.

Jun 3, 2014 7:06 AM in response to FragiMagby jratliff1033,I have to go to internet connections in system preferences and it will show WIFI as being on, but not connected. Click on the wifi icon and in couple of seconds it will connect and work fine until I stop and then will disconnect in very short time and have to go thru procedure again.
