Closed-Captioning CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4 Multilingual

How can I encode a DVD SP project with my existing Multilingual
Closed-Captioning .scc file?
When I encode Multilingual Closed-Captioning from FCP to BetaCam SP or DVCam, it works and displays properly on NTSC monitors (CC1=Engligh CC2=Spanish CC3=French CC4=German). When I take this same MacCaption file into DVD SP, encode and burn the project, then play on NTSC, the DVD player scrambles all the flields into CC1.

C1, C2 captions must use field 1, (most commonly used.)
C3, C4 captions must be added to field 2, (seldom used.)

There is a limitation to DVD authoring currently, you can only assign one file to a video track. From what I gather from the manual, two languages can be captioned per track, Using C1, C2 or C3 , C4.

My soultion to this would be to have more than one video track of the same content, (if space allows) and caption each with the langages you need, or create separte DVD's for those regions the DVD's will be used in and caption for two languages per DVD.
