I have an iPod touch 4G and I can't download apps rated 12 It didn't start doing this until October 2013 and I have no idea how to fix it. Any help, please?

iPod Touch 4g: Shows me the app on the App Store, but unable to click "free" or "(insert specific price)". It does this with 12+, 17+, etc applications but nothing 11-. I had apps 12+ before but they all got deleted when my Mom changed something on my iPod and I have no idea what she did. Now I can't download them and I'm not sure how to fix it. I tried logging into my Apple account on my laptop to change settings, but the security questions come and I don't know the answers, neither does my mom or brother. How do I fix it?

Someone had set restrictions on your iPod so you ccant download certain things. You should be able to change it under General > Restrictions. If your device has a passcode on the lock screen, it will ask for it. If you get into it, you can turn it off completely, or just go to "Allowed Content" in the bottom and change 'Apps' to all. Hope this helped! Cheers! 😀
