How do I break the link between two ihpones?

I have sold my old iPhone5 to a friend but even though we deleted the phone completely, he still gets my photestream and favorites from Safari.

On Supportprofile.apple.com both phones is registered correctly and likewise on iCloud.

I cant find what links these two together or how to break that link.

We have manually deleted the photos but the next day they where back.

The photos are not taken with that phone and they are even deleted on the other phone.

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.1

They are linked by the fact that you both use the same iCloud account and Apple ID.

Settings > iCloud > Delete account. Set up new account with different Apple ID.

No, they have two different iCloud accounts and two different Apple ID's.....

Did you look for yourself? There is no such thing as a "link" between iPhones, only with iCloud.

Settings > iCloud > Account

If he is getting your Photo Stream, the same iCloud account has to be active on both phones (AND you are connected to WiFi). Again, Photo Stream goes through iCloud, not directly between your phones.

Safari favorites also can only be synced via the same iCloud account.. I'm assuming that both of you aren't syncing with the same computer and iTunes account...
