Itunes US store content different abroad

Hi,

As i work for a US company with offices around the world, i change often location.

I have just relocated to Thailand, and Itunes is now forcing me to switch to the Thai Store. It displays Thai songs and movie while i absolutely don't want to see any of it - i dont speak Thai and i am not interested. Same for my previous countries, e.g.: Hungary, cant even imagine China or Russia...

Requirement:

1. i want to keep all my apps and media that i bougth available everywhere, I paid for it, i beleive this is fair.

2. i want to see the content from my native language and/or the language i wish to see and not to be bound to see the content according to my geolocalization.

The current itune store system is archaic, we are at a globalization time and Cloud services are offered more and more, we can work virtualy from any place on hearth. Can Apple address this issue anytime soon with a more comprehensive solution for its customer?

Thanks,

Charles

1. You can. As long as the content is on a computer or iOS device, it can be used from anywhere in the world.

2. The iTunes Store for each country will only show the content which Apple has permission to make available in that country; permission needs to be granted by the copyright holder, which can vary between countries. For content from small organizations, there may not be anyone who can grant Apple permission to make it available in a given country.

1) Of course you can keep your content. Why do you think that you cannot. You simply cannot use the U.S itunes store from Outside of the U.S. As always, you should keep all of your content on your computer and you should always maintain a backup copy of your computer.

2) You cannot. The itunes store is NOT international. It is country specific. Sorry.

No one here could possibly know what Apple may do in the future, unless they announce, which is rare.
