veehd malware removal!!!

Hi everyone,

so i dont know if anyone is familliar with the site veehd, but i stupidly installed the plugin required to watch their films and now when i use safari and firefox im bombared with ads on every single page and pop ups everywhere i click and all my pages get redirected!! im really worried that my mac is seriously damaged now, if anyone has any advice on how i can removie it please let me know! i already deleted the plug in and "extensions" that came along with the veehd plug in but im still having the same pop up ad problems, please help!!!!! much appreciated!!!
