Itunes will not install properly Error 7

Apple employees or anyone, could you please help me out here. I have been trying since yesterday to get Itunes to work to no effect. I recently reinstalled Win7 64bit and have not been able to get Itunes to work. During installation it always bugs me with the same stupid message "Verify you have permission" for Mobile devices....I do not get this, when I am the only user on and of the PC and the administrator! When I Ignore that message, I get errors "Itunes Helper not installed properly error 7" and "Itunes not installed properly error 7 - windows error 193".

I have tried everything! Too many uninstallations and re-installations, using right-click administrator installation using two different HDDs (completely different locations) to install from at each try. Downloaded latest installer from Apple.com so its legit! Even used third party software like Revo Uninstaller to remove hidden traces of the software, and reg keys. Installed Microsoft Framework 4 and C++ 2005, 2008, and 2010 x64. My windows firewall is off and even closed off my security software. But Nothing! Is the Itunes broken or something? because this does not make any sense that it would not install properly on a new machine. I just don't know what else to do, all that I have done is after searching the forums. I am more than a little frustrated because of this. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

By the way I even tried installing the older version from 2012 which worked and then try to upgrade from within, but still nothing, it stopped installing and gave me an error that it can't be installed. I want to be able to restore my backup since its made by newer version of Itunes and older one can't run it.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.

Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.

Did you completely remove iTunes, delete the named folders and reboot before attempting the reinstall?

Have you tried a repair of the iTunes component from the programs and features control panel?

Have you tried installing or repairing iTunes with the aid of the MS Installer FixIt that is referenced there?

Have you tried working through HT1923: Removing and reinstalling iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8? Sometimes it helps to have more than one take on the same process.

Some users have had success unpacking the installer (see box 4) and installing each component individually in alphabetical order.

Yeah I have tried all those things. Control panel repair, the fix it software, and also using 7zip to install each component separately in order. Fix it says there's nothing wrong with anything and gives me option to uninstall instead. Applemobile thing keeps giving me permission issues during installation when I am doing everything as an administrator of the computer. I only have one account, mine. I think its all cause of that stupid Applemobile service thing that disrupts everything and is not letting anything work. But what Im wondering is before my new installation of windows 7 everything worked fine, and it shouldn't give me any issues given that its Freshly installed. It's a new PC build too, so everything is practically new. I can't imagine what the problem is.

I'm just so bugged, more so because its the only thing that's not working, everything else is running perfect. I don't wish to re-install windows again just because of one software :/.

This is the message during installation. (Apple Mobile Device) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privleges to start system services.

It gives me three options: Abort, Retry, Ignore. If I abort, App Mob devices does not install, if I ignore it installs yet still does not work. No matter the option I choose, installer finishes it work and then gives me these two messages:

"Ituneshelper was not installed correctly. Please reinstall error7"

"Itunes was not correctly installed. Please reinstall error 7, windows error 193"

Ok. One would hope that the installer could complete its tasks if you told it to ignore the inability to start the service. If the service is set to start up automatically (which it should be) then it should start on a reboot.

Not sure why AMDS installer problems should affect iTunesHelper..

iTunesHelper appears to comprise two files iTunesHelper.exe and iTunesHelper.dll normally installed to C::\Program Files\iTunes or C:\Program Files (x86)\iTunes and both with the file version 11.2.2.3, along with an iTunesHelper.Resources folder. Do you have the correct versions of both the .exe & the .dll in the iTunes folder?

The Apple mobile device is listed as one of the services in the .msc panel but its not running. When I double click it for details and press Start there, it gives me error 1053 that it could not be started on Windows and that start request did not respond in timely fashion :/

I had already tried repairing it through Program and Features (did it again just incase) and also the Revo Uninstaller (which I have used for clean uninstall before because of reg keys etc)
