Q: Can't change iTunes store (country) even after cancelling my iTunes Match subscription

You can contact iTunes support and see if they will cancel your iTunes Match.

FYI: you can only use the iTunes Store of the country you are physically located in.

Apple has cancelled iTunes accounts (cannot redownload and no longer purchase anything)

for people they know have used other country stores.
