How do I get rid of unused apps?
iPhone 4S, iOS 7.1.1, How do I get rid of unused apps?
Hold down an app until they all jiggle then tap the x with a circle then tap Delete. Ditto for any other apps you want to remove.
Press the Home button once to stop the jiggling.
Hold down on the app icons until they "wiggle" on the screen. Tap the X that appears on the app icons to delete the apps. Tap the home button when you are done to stop all of the apps from wiggling,
Note that this will remove the apps and all app data from your phone. It does not delete the record of purchase of the apps from your purchase history. You cannot remove apps from your purchase history - ever.
