Have you been browsing some "Adult" websites? Those tend to have a lot of pop ups that say your phone has a virus (or so i've heard 😉).
If you have not hacked your phone as Allan mentioned, there is no way you have a virus!

Ok thanks a lot guy, I usually gets my music from idownload in the island but I just moved to Canada and now I open the app it says the I have a virus and click here to remove....
Doubt your phone is saying it has a virus. If you see it on some website it's a scam and can be safely ignored.
Unless you have purposely jailbroken/hacked your iPhone which removes all security included with iOS, your iPhone does not have a virus or malware. Virus means spreading from computer to computer or from device to device withhout the infected user's knowledge. There are no viruses that affect or infect OS X on a Mac and the same for iOS devices.
