My iphone Apps are in a foreing language

The standard language that my iphone uses in Apps has been changed after i sended my iphone out for reparations. It went from dutch to german. Is there any way to reset this ?

iPhone 5, iOS 7.1

This didn't solve my problem. Only inside apps that can use different languages the problem occurs. It's like the Apps think the default language is german or something
