I am considering bying a macbook pro retina 13", but im skeptical to the intel iris graphics. Now i have a macbook pro mid-2012, that i have NVIDIA Geforce
GT 650M 512 MB, and i think thats quite good, but is intel iris graphics good? are they better, or are they worse?

the 2012 has 2 Graphic cards, the Intel HD Graphics 4000 as well as the nVidia GT 650M. The iris pro is a little better than the Intel HD Graphics 4000.
Whether this will be sufficient depends on if you plan on doing any video editing or gaming? If so then you would want the better graphics card.
It's good, for an integrated GPU. The discrete GPU on your current model is more powerful and much better at handling graphics intensive processes.
