Q: iTunes won't connect to iTunes Store

I have run the diagnostics and, I believe, checked everything that needs to be checked. I have disabled the Windows firewall. Still Error message 0x80090318. Whatever happened apparently happened about 19 November 2013, the last successful store access.

 

Any clues?
