Q: How do I cancel my icloud account when I no longer have apple products?

I no longer use apple iphone, imac, ipad or any other apple products and want to stop being charged $21 for the extra 10G in the cloud.

 

I have tried EVERYTHING and cannot seem to get answers from Apple or anywhere else.
