Jun 2, 2014 11:24 AM in response to Aspinallsby fjwhiston,If you bought the device after 1st September 2013 (which you will have given that it's an iPhone 5S, then it will be free, despite it saying it's £6.99. My guess would be that the reason there's a price shown is that the App Store itself cannot determine what device you're actually using at the time, so it shows the price. Because Apple clearly state that the apps are free for devices purchsed after the above date, then although you will be asked to enter your Apple ID password, you will not be charged.

If you attempt to download one of the apps and it asks for payment, then contact iTunes support. I did not have any trouble with downloading mine, however I did it from the phone, if that differs from what you are doing.
