Not all of the buttons are responding when I press them. It keeps activating things without me touching it. The camera light is permanently on even when I switch it off, voice control keeps coming on and it's dialing people without me even touching it. I haven't dropped it or exposed it to water, so really not sure why this is happening. Should I try and take the battery out? Any advice would be incredible welcome. Thank you

Did you already try to set it up as new device without using the latest backup?

Did you have modified software installed on your device at any time?
If you open the phone, Apple will not service your device anymore, not even if you are willing to pay them.
No I haven't tried to set this up as a new device, I'll give it a go though.
I haven't added any modified software to the phone, so I don't think that's the problem.
Thanks for the advice about opening the phone, I'll make sure I don't do that!
