It has been two weeks that voice control randomly comes on , when iphone 5 is in my pocket.
Never happened before.
My iphone has the latest software update, SIRI is turned off (never turned it on) , no password (never) , and no new apps on it since.
I think this is a software glitch.
Hope Apple comes with an update

If this is only happening when your iPhone is in your pocket, most likely something is pressing on or holding down the Home Button, which will activate Voice Control when Siri is not active. You may find the following article helpful:

Yes, this is only happening when my iPhone is in my pocket. But since september 2012 ,my iPhone 5 is in my pocket the same way,without siri and without a passcode, and never happened before.
(Also i would like to note that the home button is still as new, very sensitive).
That is why I am thinking it is a software problem that made , maybe, the home button more sensitive in order to turn Voice Control ON with a small friction in the pocket lately(since 2 weeks only).
