It's considered malware, not a good thing at all.

Hopefully this clears up the issues you've been having!

"User MichelPM requested users with freezing iMacs (with Radeon HD 2600 Pro) to post reports using EtreCheck so here's my report"

    No.

I asked one user to post his/her Etrecheck reports on the two Macs that Poster had.

It was not an invitation for any one else and the reply was not directed at you, either.

Did you read my previous post where I mentioned hard drive cleaning garbageware?

So, it looks like you had one piece of garbageware installed.

Is your Mac running better, now?

If not, if you have been using CleanMyMac for any regularity on your Mac, you may have trashed/corrupted important data and, possibly, system files, already.

In that event you cannot simply reinstall Mavericks, you may have to do a complete, CLEAN install of your operating system and applications by starting with a retail install disc of OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and wiping and reformatting your hard drive and basically clean installing your OS and applications from scratch.

You will need to create a backup of all your important data/ information before doing this as a clean install will complete erase your hard drive.

If you haven't been using CleanMyMac on a regular basis, then...

In addition, I would add that you need to update all of your third party software if there are OS X Mavericks updates that can be applied.

You may need to ACTUALLY go to the third party developers' websites if there are no updates through the Mac App Store.

Update all of your Web browser Internet plugins and extensions, too!

Also, if you have any connected  third party devices, like keyboards, mice, drawing tablets, hubs, card  readers, audio/video peripherals, etc, you need to update the drivers for these devices to OS X Mavericks compatible versions by going to each device makers' websites and looking for, downloading and installing any Mavericks updates that are available and applicable.

After completing all of this, restart your Mac

    FYI,

Here is some of my info pertaining to apps like CleanMyMac and others.

Apps like MacKeeper or any other maintenance apps like CleanMyMac 1 or 2, TuneUpMyMac, MacCleanse or anything like these apps, installed on your Mac, while they appear to be helpful, can do too good a job of data "cleanup" causing the potential to do serious data corruption or data deletion and render a perfectly running OS completely dead and useless leaving you with a frozen, non-functional Mac.

Plus, these type of apps aren't really needed or necessary. They really aren't.

There are manual methods to clear off unnecessary data off of your Mac that are safer and you have complete control over your Mac and not just leave a piece of auto cleaning software in charge of clearing off data off of your Mac.

These types of apps potential of causing OS X issues outweighs the implied good and benefits these types of hard drive or memory "cleaning" apps are written and portend to do.

Plus, the software companies that write these apps make it hard to easily uninstall these apps if something DOES go wrong and these apps work in a way where you have no recovery or revert function to return your Mac back to its former, working state in the event something does go wrong.

These companies that sell these apps are only interested in one thing only...scamming and robbing you of your hard earned money. This is their primary motivation.

That is why their wares are written poorly and their uninstallers, sometimes, are non-existent or, also, written poorly.

It is best to never, EVER download and install these types of apps.

The risk to your system and your important data is too great a risk!

"System cleanup tools" are almost always malware or garbage. Etrecheck, Onyx, and OmniDiskSweeper are the only ones you should use.
