This is a unique problem. The GPT has two partitions not described in the MBR. And the MBR has two partitions not described in the GPT. I'd use gdisk to fix this. I'm not sure what message it'll tell you when you point it to this disk, or what options it'll give. But what I'd do if it's an option is use the GPT, not the MBR. And then use the p command to "print" the gpt to see if it does in fact show just two partitions, the two listed by the gpt command. If so then use n to create a new partition. The start sector is the one listed for MBR 3, 115644416. To tell it what the last sector is, use + and then the size value from the MBR, so for this entry it's +204800. The type code should be set to 0700 rather than the default of AF00. Repeat for the fourth partition.

Once that's done, you'll go to the recovery menu with command r, then use command h to create a new hybrid MBR. Type in 3 4 for the partitions to add. EFI GPT (0xEE) partition first in MBR is yes. When asked for MBR hex code, accept the default, it should be 07 if you set it correctly when creating the new partitions earlier. I have no way of knowing which one should be marked as bootable; currently you have the 3rd one marked bootable. Only one should be marked bootable.
