Q: TP Link intermittently hanging with iPad and iPhone but not Macbook Pro!

Hi all,

I have recently moved into a new apartment which uses a TP Link (I think AV200 or AV500) to get the WiFi upstairs to my living area.

This works fine for my Macbook and any other Windows laptop, but there are major problems with iOS devices and also Android phones.

The connection sometimes hangs or just doesn't give any internet connection at all, and the only answer appears to be constantly turning the TP Link on/off again.

I have tried re-assigning the router WiFi channel away from any others in the area, but this doesn't seem to have fixed anything.

It's so annoying, as the phone/iPad connects to the WiFi but doesn't bring through any App notifications etc, which has lead to missing a number of important Whatsapp messages!

Can anybody advise?
